Hello Everyone,
I grew up in a small town north of Boston called Swampscott. It was there that I first learned to edit, cutting together SVHS video tapes for various school functions. I then moved to Georgia to attend GC&SU majoring in Broadcast Journalism. However, my most profitable experiences in Georgia were not always TV related. It was there that I met some of my closest friends, and received a liberal arts education which greatly shaped my world view. After college I putted around a little traveling and skiing (and getting a chance to be close to my sister and her husband). But skiing didn’t have a long enough path for me and so I went back to my love of editing. I moved out to LA the following year to attend Video Symphony in Burbank, where I now teach classes, and it was there that I began truly feeling like I was a professional.
